2talk Network upgrade DATE: 7-AUG-2021 | 20:00 WINDOW: 1 Hr Pacific daylight Data center: One Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles
DESCRIPTION: Promoting a new network edge switch and external media processing cluster. During the outage window our voice service will be offline for up 1 hour. Following the cut-over, voice services, handset registration and peering traffic will automatically route to our replacement edge and media switches.
PRODUCTS: Voice services
IMPACT: For customers with firewall rules 27.111.12.66/32 we request and expansion of range to /24 (27.111.12.66/24) accommodating our media cluster and further expansion of services. We believe this will mainly impact peering customers with on premise PBX.
